Adding your first protocol

A protocol is the compound you take, how much, and how often. This guide builds a scheduled protocol for a weekly injection.

3

Name it and give it a color

Add a Nickname to label the protocol. Pick a Color to color-code it.

A nickname and a color make a protocol easy to recognize at a glance in your stack and on your reminders. This helps most when you run more than one at once.

4

Choose how it is scheduled

Choose Scheduled with reminders when you take the compound on a regular cadence. The app reminds you when a dose is due and tracks how closely you keep to the schedule. Your adherence stays accurate.

Choose As needed for something you take irregularly, like a peptide you only use before a workout or when a symptom flares. Nothing is scheduled. You get no reminders, and no dose ever counts as missed.

This is a weekly protocol, which is what Scheduled with reminders is for.

5

Choose what you track

Choose Track doses when you want a real record. Every dose you log is saved with its time and amount. That record powers your adherence. It also lets you connect a vial later so the app can track your supply.

Choose Reminders only when you just want a nudge at dose time. The reminders still fire. You give up the dose history and any supply tracking.

This guide uses Track doses.
