Peptide
Tracker
Your protocol, precisely.
A free peptide tracking app for iPhone and Android. Track your stack, log your doses, and monitor your progress.
You're on track.
Above 80% adherence helps keep levels steady.
Track every part of your peptide protocol
One app replaces the spreadsheet, the notes, the reminders, and the separate reconstitution calculator.
Dose logging
Log every injection, scheduled or as needed, and mark it taken, skipped, or missed. Your logs roll into an adherence score, so you can see how consistently you follow your protocol across the whole cycle.
Your stack
Set each compound's dose, timing, and frequency once, and the app turns your whole stack into a daily schedule with dose reminders. Protocols with several compounds and vials that blend more than one are both supported.
Vial inventory
Track sealed lyophilized powder, reconstituted vials, and BAC water in one inventory, with remaining volume and doses left per vial, so you reorder before you run out.
Reconstitution calculator
Enter vial strength, diluent volume, and target dose to get the exact draw in U-100 syringe units, whether your vial is premixed or you reconstitute it yourself.
Try the free calculator →Estimated plasma levels
See how each compound builds and fades over time with an estimated plasma level curve, computed from your logged doses and the compound's half-life.
Injection sites
Log the injection site you used and see where the last dose went, so you rotate through sites instead of hitting the same spot twice.
Weight and progress photos
Log your weight and follow the trend alongside the protocols you run. Alignment tools help you frame progress photos the same way each time, so you can browse them by month and compare any two side by side.
Community
Ask questions in Connect and hear from people who have used the compounds you are researching or tracking. Everyone posts under a username, with reporting, blocking, and community notes built in.
Peptide library
Search an educational library of peptides and related compounds for half-life, typical dosing, side effects, routes, and storage notes.
A picture of your journey
Everything you track adds a star, and every week you show up adds a beam of light. The more you track, the brighter your sky grows, and you can share it as a live page anyone can open. The app is free on iPhone and Android, and your first log adds your first star.
Start your own skyWhat is Peptide Tracker?
Peptide Tracker is a free app for iPhone and Android that keeps a peptide protocol organized in one place. You set up each compound's dose and schedule once, then log doses as they come due, track your vials, and watch your adherence and progress over time. iPhone users rate it 4.9 out of 5 on the App Store, across more than 1,500 ratings.
Is Peptide Tracker free?
Yes. Peptide Tracker is 100% free, with no subscription and no paywall. Dose logging, reminders, the reconstitution calculator, vial inventory, plasma level estimates, and the compound library all cost nothing.
Does it include a peptide reconstitution calculator?
Yes. The calculator converts vial strength, diluent volume, and target dose into an exact draw in U-100 syringe units, and it handles premixed vials too. A web version runs on this site without an account.
Can I track more than one peptide at a time?
Yes. A protocol can hold several compounds, each with its own dose, timing, and frequency, and the Today screen lays them out as one daily schedule. Vials that blend more than one compound are supported as well.
Which compounds can I track?
The library covers GLP-1s such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide alongside peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295, and ipamorelin. You can also add NAD+, TRT and HRT compounds, your own custom compounds, and blends that hold more than one compound in a single vial.
Does Peptide Tracker give dosing advice?
No. The app records the protocol you choose and does the math for it. It does not recommend compounds, doses, frequency, or clinical use, and nothing in it is medical advice.
Is my data private?
Your protocol, doses, and measurements are private to your account, and nothing is shared unless you choose to post it. You can export your data by contacting us at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app.
