Using the reconstitution calculator to measure a blend
A blend holds several compounds in one vial. This guide uses KLOW to show how the Vial amounts determine the breakdown in the separate Dose card. You can choose a blend from your stack or enter its ingredients manually.
Open your stack selection
Open the Measure tab. Tap Choose from stack beside the Vial heading.
Pick your blend
Choose KLOW for this example. This list shows compounds from your active and paused protocols.
Choosing a blend fills in its ingredient names. Enter the powder amounts and water volume for your vial.
Enter the vial amounts
Keep Total amount selected. Enter the powder amount for each ingredient from your vial label. This example contains 50 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of BPC-157, 10 mg of TB-500, and 10 mg of KPV.
Enter 4 mL in BAC water added for this example. The total is 80 mg in 4 mL, giving a concentration of 20 mg/mL.
Enter your blend dose
In the Dose card, enter 4 mg in Total blend dose for this example.
This value is the combined amount across all four ingredients.
Read the breakdown
The Dose card shows 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu and 0.5 mg of each other ingredient. The draw guide reads 20 units, or 0.2 mL. This vial provides twenty full doses at that draw.
You can also enter a dose for one ingredient. The calculator holds that ingredient dose fixed and updates the other doses and the draw.
Enter a blend manually
To enter the same blend manually, tap Reset. Enter 50 mg under Powder in vial for the first ingredient.
Tap here to add another compound. Add three rows and enter 10 mg in each. Enter 4 mL in BAC water added.
The manual powder rows share one heading. Keep the ingredients in the order you entered them.
Match the ingredient doses
Enter 4 mg in Total blend dose. The Dose card identifies the manual ingredients as Compound 1, Compound 2, Compound 3, and Compound 4 in the same order as the powder rows.
In this example, Compound 1 is GHK-Cu at 2.5 mg. The other three ingredients each contribute 0.5 mg. The draw is the same 20 units.
