Titration schedules
A titration schedule changes your dose over the weeks instead of holding one fixed dose. It can also change which days and times you dose. This guide uses Semaglutide.
Turn on titration
In the Dose section, turn on Titration schedule.
Titration is for dosed protocols. It is not offered for as-needed or reminder-only protocols.
Set a dose for each week
Each step sets a Starting week and an Amount. The Draw is optional. Tap + Add dose to add another step.
A step's dose holds until the next step. You do not have to set every week. Set week one to 0.25 mg and week five to 0.5 mg. Weeks two through four fill in at 0.25 mg.
The last step is your maintenance dose.
Change your days over the weeks
Turn on Set days and times for each step if your days or times change over the weeks.
Days & times is hidden while this is on. Each step shows its own days and times instead.
Set each step's days and times
Pick the days and times under each step. A new step starts with the one before it.
Here Semaglutide splits its weekly dose from week thirty. It moves from 2.4 mg on Sun to 1.2 mg on Sun and Wed.
A step on Days can also set a different dose or time for certain days, the same way blocks do.
See each step on the protocol
Your protocol's Schedule lists each step by its weeks, with its days and times and its dose.
The weeks count from the start date.
See the current dose on your stack
Your stack shows each protocol's dose and days for the week it is on right now.
Semaglutide is in its twenty-seventh week here. It shows 2.4 mg, the dose it reached in week seventeen.
